“ Please Read This it is Important Especially if you are considering buying a car from Frontier Motors: A couple of weeks ago I wrote a really bad review about this company that I am rewriting now. Here goes… A couple of months ago my wife bought a beautiful Mini at Frontier. It was and is beautiful. Showroom condition. Well just over 2 weeks after the car fell on its face. We had spent every penny we saved to buy this car as she needed a reliable car to get to her Dr each week as she has a serious illness. So we limped the car to Sandy Sansing Mini since the car had always gone there by previous owner. It turned out that there was several thousand dollars in repairs that needed to be done. NO JOKE! I was devastated. So we spoke to Sansing and to get the car at least drivable was $1352. I borrowed the money from my father in law and brought the car home still with around $4000 in repairs left but drivable and somewhat safe for now that it hopefully wouldn’t strand her. So I was so upset I wrote the bad review. A couple of days later my wife started getting calls from a number she didn’t know but one of left a message. It was Todd the owner of Frontier. I called him and he explained that he had no idea we had trouble with the car and he had already called Sansing to pay the bill but we had already paid and picked the car up. After my venting to him he was so nice to me. We’ll then he absolutely stunned me and told me to bring the car to him and he would take it to Sansing and have all the repair work done and would pay for it. I didn’t know what to say but I also felt very guilty about the review I wrote not knowing what a good man he was. THEN he also said to bring the receipt for the repairs already done and he was going to reimburse us for that too!!! THEN he said he would also give us a loaner car so my wife could still get to her Dr appointments. We took the car to Frontier and he had a check and a very nice loaner car waiting for us. We just got our car back today and the man paid for everything. All in all it cost him almost $6000 dollars. This man is a good and honest man. He restored my faith in humanity. I had no idea, and I’m still speechless. If you’re still reading this and are considering buying a car from Todd and Frontier Motors please do. Not because if you have trouble with a car you buy he would take care of it,but because he is a good and honest man. A man that does good and honest business and stands behind what he sells. And if and when I can afford to buy another car down the road I would absolutely go to Frontier Motors first as I drive past all the other car dealers. Any of my friends or coworkers that are looking for a new vehicle, I will send them there too. Thank you Todd. Thankyou very very much for what you did for us X ”

“ After driving from Montana to Pensacola Florida--I determined something that was very difficult for me. My old well loved--1995 Ford Taurus--that had cost me so much drive that distance, could not make the up coming trip to California. (My Ultimate duty station) I researched several dealers on line. One of them was Frontier Motors of Pensacola. I had a limited budget. I went seeking the car that I found on line--a 2011 Ford Fusion (an as in Trade in from Georgia). It had everything I was looking for and more. I was still unsure, until I went to another dealership. (which will remain nameless) At this other dealership I felt pressured and unwelcome. I wanted to give up on buying a car even though I needed one to continue to function. I went back to Frontier Motors Inc. I spoke to Mr. Connor Wilson. The entire staff at Frontier treated me like family. I felt like this dealership was the answer to my prayers. They didn't scoff at my small budget, never made me feel as though I wasn't important. They made sure that the car they sold me as safe. Everyone--Every last person that I spoke to--"I am buying a car from Frontier." "Oh my mom just got her car there. Great dealership!" Tristan from Navy Federal said as he cut the check for me to pay for the car. One of the ladies that I had met at the base Chapel, "I just got my car from them. They are really good." They gave me the best deal that they could on my old trade in, a military discount for active duty personnel, and helped me with my paperwork because I had to send everything to my dad for military registration in the state of Montana. Once I had the car fully registered, licensed, and had completed my school -- I went to Frontier's preferred auto shop to get a good tune up before driving cross country to California.
