I had an amazing experience with Joel, Todd, Brian, and the rest of the Frontier Motors team. Purchasing process was quick and easy and everyone was very friendly. I arrived in a rental vehicle and after I purchased a beautiful 2024 Acura Integra, one of the employees picked me up after dropping off my rental and drove me back to Frontier to pick up my new car. Highly recommend!!

Let me start by saying that I despise dealing with auto dealerships and I have zero patience. This was by far the best car buying experience of my life. And I buy a lot. I went there knowing what vehicle I wanted. I worked with Greg. Went on a test drive with very little chatter from from him, other than directions. He let me drive like I was by myself. The entire sale, including test drive, took about an hour. Very fast. He answered all of my questions and was very personable. The Finance guy and Manager were also very friendly and helpful. And to top it off, they gave us a homemade apple strudel. Ya hear what I said? An apple strudel. A new car and food. Win.

First all I was absolutely pissed about a warranty I purchased through them about a year ago when I got my truck. I spoke to Brian and he explained everything to me perfectly clear as to why there was an issue and he went out of his way to make it right for me. I bought a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan GT from Frontier Motors back in December 2019. It was a former rental but had only 7,900 miles on it and the rental company had it for only a few months. It was well taken care of. Frontier gave me a great deal and I had that van for 4 years. Traded it in, in January 2024 with only 38k miles on it. The people at Frontier were nice and I don't remember my sales guy name from back then but he was great too. I no longer live in the South, but if you do, these guys were stand up people. I know it's scary buying from one of these small corner lot type places but with Frontier they treated me great and were honest.

Overall one of my best experiences buying a car. Rob made everything quick and easy. Everyone working together to make things as easy as possible. Entire lot of Great vehicles! THANK YOU Frontier

Best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I saw the vehicle online and called my mechanic the next day to see if I could swing by with it. When I told him where it was coming from, he said he didn't need to look at it - I would be good. When I talked with Scott Ford, he let me know the lengths they go to to make sure the cars are in great condition. The cars are all on the new side - so you will not find any "older" used cars. They took care of every step, including contacting my insurance agent - I'm just not used to that kind of service.

Bought a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 Big Horn model. Excellent condition and great price. Ron Robinson (sales) was great to work with. Everything went smoothly. Several days later I realized I didn’t have the locking lugs nut socket. Frontier paid to have the lugs removed with new lugs installed. I have heard many great things about Frontier Motors and now I can say I agree. Get your next vehicle from these great people. Dave Ramsey agrees as well.

Please Read This it is Important Especially if you are considering buying a car from Frontier Motors: A couple of weeks ago I wrote a really bad review about this company that I am rewriting now. Here goes… A couple of months ago my wife bought a beautiful Mini at Frontier. It was and is beautiful. Showroom condition. Well just over 2 weeks after the car fell on its face. We had spent every penny we saved to buy this car as she needed a reliable car to get to her Dr each week as she has a serious illness. So we limped the car to Sandy Sansing Mini since the car had always gone there by previous owner. It turned out that there was several thousand dollars in repairs that needed to be done. NO JOKE! I was devastated. So we spoke to Sansing and to get the car at least drivable was $1352. I borrowed the money from my father in law and brought the car home still with around $4000 in repairs left but drivable and somewhat safe for now that it hopefully wouldn’t strand her. So I was so upset I wrote the bad review. A couple of days later my wife started getting calls from a number she didn’t know but one of left a message. It was Todd the owner of Frontier. I called him and he explained that he had no idea we had trouble with the car and he had already called Sansing to pay the bill but we had already paid and picked the car up. After my venting to him he was so nice to me. We’ll then he absolutely stunned me and told me to bring the car to him and he would take it to Sansing and have all the repair work done and would pay for it. I didn’t know what to say but I also felt very guilty about the review I wrote not knowing what a good man he was. THEN he also said to bring the receipt for the repairs already done and he was going to reimburse us for that too!!! THEN he said he would also give us a loaner car so my wife could still get to her Dr appointments. We took the car to Frontier and he had a check and a very nice loaner car waiting for us. We just got our car back today and the man paid for everything. All in all it cost him almost $6000 dollars. This man is a good and honest man. He restored my faith in humanity. I had no idea, and I’m still speechless. If you’re still reading this and are considering buying a car from Todd and Frontier Motors please do. Not because if you have trouble with a car you buy he would take care of it,but because he is a good and honest man. A man that does good and honest business and stands behind what he sells. And if and when I can afford to buy another car down the road I would absolutely go to Frontier Motors first as I drive past all the other car dealers. Any of my friends or coworkers that are looking for a new vehicle, I will send them there too. Thank you Todd. Thankyou very very much for what you did for us X
